If you want to "re-record" one of his songs (meaning perfom it yourself and record it

We offer individual and blanket song licenses. For $9.99 you can license any of Bradley’s songs, giving you permission to use that song for a “one time” project. A blanket license ($79) allows you unlimited use of an entire CD for a period of 3 years. (For example, a photographer can buy a 3 year license for Bradley’s CD “One Deep Breath”, and use the music over and over again for wedding DVDs for his clients). On both licenses, a limit of 10 copies per project is only allowed to be distributed to the public. (If more copies are needed contact us for a quote)
We also offer a 3 year license for ALL of Bradley’s music in his catalog (including new CDs he releases in that time period) for only $349. Save over 50%!
These licenses are NOT for commercial projects. If you have a larger project (or are unsure what qualifies as one) and would like to use some of Bradley’s music in it, send us an email with a description of your project and we will be happy to give you a quote.
Bradley Joseph owns the copyrights on all his original songs (songs he wrote). Songs on Bradley’s CDs that were written by well known artists such as Sting, Burt Bacharach, and Barry Manilow, Bradley owns only the arrangements (meaning he performed and arranged them, but did not write). Bradley Joseph can license his arrangements of those songs, but does not own the song’s actual copyright (ex. many songs from the CDs "For The Love Of It" and "Piano Love Songs"). If you are concerned with this issue, Bradley offers many CDs that he controls 100%, and are royalty free.

Web Site Use
Using music on your personal or business website. You can get unlimited use of a licensed song (at the single song rate of $9.99 for 3 years) provided that the song cannot be downloaded by your visitors, and you provide an obvious song credit to Bradley (in a visible location when the song is playing) with a link back to his web site. Something like… "The piano music you're hearing is courtesy of Bradley Joseph."
